Dundas & Associates (D&A) was established in 2002 to pull together the range of experiences held by its team members. Specialising in electoral and maritime boundary projects dating back to the early 1980's, the team headed by Carl Dundas has had a significant impact on the global stage. Our experience in the field of consultation and electoral advisement has been distilled into our many publications. Ranging from commissions to produce small hand books on electoral frameworks,  to the chairing of international committees, Dundas and Associates has helped shape the democracies in many of the countries of the developing world in which we live.

Through the new Notesmaster initiative which was started in 2006 with input from scores of teachers and students, D&A is now also working to democratise education systems. It's aim is to freely make accessible to all teachers and students in the Caribbean, a growing collection of first class educational resources. To help reach our goal, we have partnered with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) to ensure the best educational materials are available to students and that these come from the greatest authority on Caribbean examinations, CXC themselves.
